Where does NORVEAR ship? We ship from our production and fulfillment hub in Estonia (EU) to customers worldwide.
How much is shipping?
- Orders over €130.00: FREE (Tracked Premium Delivery).
- Orders under €130.00: €14.99 Flat Rate.
- Strategic Tip: Our M77 boots are priced at €129.90. Adding a small accessory like technical socks or spare laces will trigger FREE shipping for your entire order.
How long does delivery take? We dispatch within 1–2 business days.
- Finland & Baltics: 2–4 business days.
- Germany & Austria: 3–5 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days.
- International: 7–14 business days.
Where is my tracking number? You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your gear leaves the factory. We use premium tracked couriers (DHL, DPD, or Posti) to ensure safe arrival.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
- Within the EU: No. There are zero customs duties or hidden taxes for any EU member state (e.g., Germany, Finland).
- Outside the EU: You are responsible for any local import duties or taxes required by your country upon delivery.

Can I return my order? Yes. We offer a 30-day return period for unworn items in original condition. Return shipping costs to our Estonian hub are handled by the customer.
How do I cancel an order? In accordance with EU 2026 Consumer Rights, you can cancel easily. Use the "Cancel Contract" button in our footer or email us at info@norvear.com.

Are these authentic M77s? Yes. Our M77 boots are manufactured by Samelin in Estonia to full NATO AQAP 2110 standards. These are the same boots supplied to Nordic and Baltic defense forces.
Sizing & Fit:
- M77 Boots: These have a "spacious" military fit to accommodate thermal socks. If you are between sizes or plan to wear thin socks, we recommend sizing down.
- Apparel: Our clothing features a modern, regular fit. If you prefer a relaxed or loose look, please size up.
How do I care for my items?
- Boots: Clean with a damp cloth and apply professional boot grease regularly to maintain leather longevity.
- Apparel: Wash at 30°C (cold wash) and air dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric integrity.
